These User Data Terms (“User Data Terms”) supplement and form part of the FusionLink Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings set out in the FusionLink Terms of Use. By uploading, submitting, or otherwise providing data (“User Data”) to FusionLink, you agree to the following:

1. Ownership
You retain all ownership rights in and to your User Data. These Terms do not grant FusionLink any ownership of User Data.

2. License to FusionLink
By submitting User Data, you grant FusionLink LLC a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display the User Data as necessary to operate and provide the Services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Compliance with Law
You represent and warrant that:
- You have all necessary rights, consents, and authorizations to upload and use the User Data within FusionLink.
- The User Data, and your use of the Services with respect to it, complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to data privacy and protection laws (e.g., HIPAA, FCRA, COPPA, GDPR, CCPA), election and campaign finance laws (where applicable), and intellectual property laws.

4. Prohibited Data
You may not upload, submit, or otherwise provide data that:
- Contains malicious code, viruses, or other harmful software;
- Infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights;
- Includes sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, medical records, or other highly regulated data) unless specifically permitted and compliant with applicable law;
- Was collected unlawfully or without proper consent.

5. Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Data, including its accuracy, quality, integrity, and compliance with all applicable laws. FusionLink disclaims all liability related to User Data and its use.

6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FusionLink LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, penalties, or costs arising from or relating to your User Data, including claims of unlawful collection, processing, or use.

7. Relationship to FusionLink Terms of Use
These User Data Terms operate under the umbrella of the FusionLink Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict, the FusionLink Terms of Use shall control.
